From the Rose Fields to the Balm in a jar

The Usk Rose Balm was created with these moments in mind. It is a nourishing botanical balm with the natural fragrance of rose and frankincense—practical enough for everyday use, but special enough to feel like a small treat.
A rich balm for skin that needs extra care
The Usk Rose Balm is made with rosehip seed, argan, jojoba and sea buckthorn oils, combined with shea butter, mango butter, beeswax and vitamin E.
Together, these ingredients give the balm its rich, silky texture. It is firm in the jar but quickly softens with the warmth of your fingertips, so a little goes a long way.
You can use it as part of your evening facial routine or apply it to hands, lips, cuticles and dry areas whenever they need a little more attention. It is particularly useful if you prefer one versatile product rather than a bathroom shelf full of different jars.
Botanical skincare need not be complicated. Sometimes it is simply a matter of finding something that feels good to use and suits the way you like to care for your skin.

Inspired by our rose fields
Although the balm is made first and foremost to be used and enjoyed, the place behind it matters too.
The Usk Rose Balm was inspired by the roses grown near our farmhouse by our sister company, Usk Valley Roses. We see the rose fields through every stage of the year—from winter pruning and the first new growth to the colour and fragrance of the flowering season.
Living and working so close to the roses made them a natural starting point for the balm. We wanted to create something that brought together their familiar fragrance with carefully chosen botanical oils and butters.
The roses provide the inspiration; each finished jar is then made by hand here in the Usk Valley.
Made slowly in Wales
Every jar of Usk Rose Balm is handmade in small batches. This slower way of making allows us to stay close to the process and reflects the practical, careful approach we take to all our products.
For us, the balm brings together three simple things: effective everyday care, the pleasure of a natural rose fragrance and a connection to the place where it is made.
It is for skin that sometimes needs a little extra attention, for people who have always loved roses, and for those evenings when five quiet minutes to yourself can make all the difference.
